C# Programming: Sending SMS using AT Commands

Here's the C# Windows Form version of my SMS sender program originally created in Python 2.7

    Sorry for the late reply Novoselov, I used Visual Studio 2012 Express for this program but any version is fine.

    HOW YOU WILL MERGE C# WITH PYTHON . I DON'T SEE ANY PYTHON CODE INSIDE IT

      I never said that i will merge Python to C#.
      What i said was that the program was originally implemented in Python and the now it is implemented in C#.
